I’ve been taking part in my wife’s company's virtual Christmas market, and it got me thinking, why stop there. Rather than just deliver to their office for their employees to pick up, I am going to be using a local bicycle courier to do emission free deliveries across Toronto. So let me tell you about what I have available:
Naturally Leavened Panettone 750g - $25
Made by hand and fermented for over 30 hours, this sweet, rich, buttery, fruit filled loaf has become synonymous with the festive season. Once cut, store in a bread bin, biscuit tin or wrap it back in its cellophane wrapper to ensure it stays fresh for longer, that is if it doesn’t disappear in one go.
Ingredients: organic wheat flour, water, sugar, organic egg, butter, salt, vanilla essence, honey, raisins, sultanas, pistachios, orange, lemon, cocoa, rice flour, canola oil, pearl sugar.
Handmade Chocolate Truffles - $15
A rich and velvety dark chocolate ganache encased in a high cocoa content milk chocolate shell made with the finest Fairtrade and organic chocolate. These luxurious chocolates would make a wonderful gift for that special chocoholic in your life. Approximately 200g
Ingredients: organic dark chocolate, organic milk chocolate, cream
Traditional Austrian Vanillekipferl - $6
My Great Grandmother’s recipe handed down from generation to generation. These buttery almond cookies are my wife's favourite so I’ll try to keep her away from them for you to enjoy. A dozen per pack.
Ingredients: almonds, wheat flour, butter, sugar, organic egg, vanilla
Mince Pies - $10
These mince pies are vegetarian friendly. My mincemeat recipe is extremely light containing no suet. Just a combination of fruits, nuts and warm spices. 6 per pack. Contains alcohol.
Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, organic egg, plums, lemon, orange, currants, cranberries, raisins, sultanas, almonds, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, apples, sugar, brandy
Gingerbread Cookies - $5
A dozen small gingerbread cookies in festive shapes. Store in a biscuit tin or cookie jar to keep fresh longer.
Ingredients: wheat flour, ginger, cinnamon, all spice, baking powder, butter, sugar, treacle, organic egg
Sourdough Loaf - $8
Handmade using locally milled, stone ground, organic flour. I use a combination of hard red wheat and spelt for my basic bread recipe. Once cut, keep in a bread bin or end down on a chopping board to keep it fresh for longer. You can also slice the bread and freeze in containers to toast at a later date.

Sourdough Demi-baguette - $3.50
Handmade using locally milled, stone ground, organic flour. These Demi-baguettes are approximately 14” in length as any longer and they wouldn’t fit in our oven! They are best consumed fresh.
