This recipe requires the use of an ice cream machine and a food processor.
|250 ml milk|
|250 ml cream|
|5 egg yolks|
|125 grams caster sugar|
|1 punnet strawberries|
|10 basil leaves|
|1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar|
|1 teaspoon caster sugar|
Make the balsamic strawberries in advance of serving the ice cream. Don't marinade them for too long, a couple of hours is enough.
